I receive many calls from buyers that are super exited and ready to buy a home. They have a good idea of the home they want in the area they would like to live and the schools where their children will attend. They even have a  price in mind of how much they want to spend. Then when they have it all figured out they call me with excitement. I tell them that is wonderful news and I'm glad to hear they have done their homework.

Then the conversation starts about The Pre Approval  from their lender. That is when the balloon pops and things comes to a pause.
They haven't spoken with a lender and they don't have pre-approval.

So I am here to educate all buyers, that are not aware, of one of the most important steps into buy a home is that process of getting your finances in order.

So before you go and fall in love with a home call your lender or call me 512-808-7313 and I 'll connect you with a few lenders to chose from.

Let's get you started and on your way to an easy transaction. The earlier in the process you involve the lender the less stressful it is at the end.

Don't wait until you find your home to speak with a lender or mortgage broker.
Be smart and make that call today and get ahead of the game
